Last Post of 2010

If you don't blog you seriously should think about starting one.   My friend Melissa constantly begged me to start a blog and I resisted for a long time.  I didn't think I would have anything to blog about and I usually don't but I love to just put things out there.  I would put much more "out there" but Randy is always telling me "don't blog about this!"

Like tonight I have been reflecting over 2010.  Instead of trying to remember what happened this year I just looked back over my blog.  I had forgot about Fiesta-Gatethe swing-set ordealthe cross country trip to Vegas, or my bee problem.  It was a good smile.

As this year comes to an end I am very excited, nervous, anxious, happy, giddy, and ready for 2010 to be over.  It's not that it has been a really bad year but it has definitely been a roller coaster of a ride.   I have tried to think of some goals or resolutions to set but for the life of me I can't.  I have only been reflecting and pondering what God might have in store for my family in 2011.

Randy and I are usually really bummed when this time of year comes because all the fun has ended and football season is wrapping up with the Dallas Cowboys not going to the playoffs....again.  But this year is different we are excited for 2011 and we like to think God planned the birth of our daughter for January so that we would have something to look forward too each year.

As this year come to an end I pray you are with the ones you love and I am so thankful you are my friend.  Many blessings to you and yours!

We don't have tomorrow yet....we have only been given today which is a gift...and that's why it's called the present. I am not sure what tomorrow brings but I know Who will bring tomorrow.

“As we go forth into the coming year, let it not be in the haste of impetuous, forgetful delight, nor with the quickness of impulsive thoughtlessness. But let us go out with the patient power of knowing that the God of Israel will go before us. Leave the broken, irreversible past in His hands, and step out into the invincible future with Him.”  Oswald Chambers

I believe blessings are important so...May the Lord continue to bless your home and all that enter it. May you always have the contentment and joy that comes from loving God. May you fill your children with love and happy memories and a knowledge of Jesus.

Can't wait to meet the little princess.
