1 – is the number of soft drinks I had…

2 – is the number of times I went out to eat…

3 – is the number of balanced meals I had everyday…

4 – times 10 is the number of minutes I exercised everyday…

5 -  is the number of  new dinners – healthy dinners I cooked…

6 – times 10  is the number of  crunches I did everyday…

7 – is the numbers of days I wrote down everything I consumed….

8 – is the number of glasses of water I had everyday….

9 – is the number of pounds I lost…
